Not on BC's licence list
samedaycannabis.cc doesn't match any of the 544 licensed cannabis stores in BC (list updated October 8, 2026).
That means the province doesn't inspect it, its product isn't from the tested, excise-stamped supply, and you have no recourse. Licensed stores show a six-digit licence number — if you can see one, search by that number.
Report it to BC's Community Safety Unit · The province lists store names, not websites — if this belongs to a licensed store, tell us.
