samedaycannabis.cc and the name "Same Day Cannabis" match none of the 544 licensed cannabis stores in British Columbia (LCRB list and BC Cannabis Stores, checked October 8, 2026).
That means the province doesn't inspect it, its product isn't from the tested, excise-stamped supply, and if something goes wrong you have no recourse. It isn't a statement about who runs the site; it is a statement about the public lists, which anyone can re-check.
